AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES FROM JANUARY ONE TO DECEMBER THIRTY-ONE, TWO THOUSAND AND SEVENTEEN AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1.

Appropriation of Funds. — The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury of the Philippines not otherwise appropriated, for the operation of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines from January one to December thirty-one, two thousand and seventeen, except where otherwise specifically provided herein:

SECTION 2.
FY 2017 Budget with UACS. — To properly implement this Act, the DBM shall identify the account codes of the items of appropriations in this Act pursuant to the Unified Accounts Code Structure (UACS) under COA-DBM-DOF J.C. Nos. 2013-1 and 2014-1 dated August 6, 2013 and November 7, 2014, respectively.
