Dubelyoo
Dwayne Wright (born August 22, ) is an American contemporary artist, graphic designer, illustrator and producer who emerged from the urban art scene.
He is known under the name Dubelyoo,[1] which at the same time is his brand (Dubelyoo, LLC). He is also known as The Art Bishop.[2]
Background
Originally from North Carolina he moved to Atlanta, GA for a career in Web Design.
He set up a rifle club to defend his community against attackers.
Dubelyoo has had success as an artist, graphic designer, illustrator and as the co-producer of the national touring art exhibition Art, Beats+Lyrics. He first became known for his illustration work with magazines like Frank, Complex Magazine and XXL.
His work became more widely known for his part in an International ad campaign with Ecko and his work being featured in the Alicia Keys video Teen Age Love Affair.
Early life
Dubelyoo was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
He started drawing at the age of 3 and by the age of 7 he placed in art programs with stu
